A New York city based private equity and special situations advisory firm founded by Andrew Hines, Michael Zapata and Ron Dooley with a desire to identify, develop and help grow promising middle and lower market companies.
We don’t shy away from challenging situations; we pride ourselves on our ability to bring order to chaos in the realization of goals and objectives.
Our deep hands on experience brings real world solutions to help the companies we work with to navigate the most challenging of environments and complex transactions, including through periods of distress and, if necessary, bankruptcy reorganizations.
We are industry agnostic, focusing on existing businesses where we can develop a clear thesis to partner with management to improve performance and create value for a company's key stakeholders.
Our decision making process depends on gaining a thorough understand of the situation through credit and fundamental analysis, so that we may properly assess and quantify the risks and opportunities.
Our prime objective is to develop, mentor and help build best in class companies with management teams we can get behind and support.
